Frank Meschkuleit

Frank Meschkuleit is a Canadian voice actor who plays the voice of Toopy on the television series Toopy and Binoo. He has also performed as a voice actor and puppeteer on other shows, such as Dont Eat the Neighbours and Dragon. He was also the suit performer for Junior Gorg for the fifth and final season of Fraggle Rock.
